Private lessons are one of the fastest ways to accelerate growth in wrestling. With 1-on-1 or small-group instruction, athletes get personalized attention, instant feedback, and the chance to sharpen details that can make the difference in competition. Every rep is tailored to the athlete, helping them build confidence and improve at a pace that’s hard to match in regular practice.

Booking private lessons individually is 20% more expensive than what our members pay. By becoming a Frog Empire member, you not only unlock discounted private sessions; you also gain access to weekly practices, and discounted camps, clinics, and special events. Membership ensures you get the most value for your investment, while still enjoying the option of private lessons at the best possible rate.

Requirements

  • A signed waiver form with either or both a USAwrestling or NYWAY membership(s) required before participation.

  • Wrestling shoes and proper athletic gear are recommended for safety and performance.
