Elite Membership
Chasing a state title? Our Elite Membership runs Monday–Thursday with our 2-hour Sunday Funday practice included. Designed for athletes with at least 2 years of experience, these sessions deliver college-level instruction, live sparring in unfamiliar positions, advanced drills that refine technique and mindset, with live and conditioning. Each practice challenges wrestlers to think, adapt, and compete at a higher level; ideal for dedicated 6th–12th graders looking to turn potential into performance.

Must have 2+ years of wrestling experience.
6th-12th Grade
All athletes must be approved by Frog Empire coaching staff before joining.
A signed waiver form
USAwrestling and/or NYWAY membership(s) is required
Membership fees must be paid prior to participation and are non-refundable, except in cases of serious injury or at the discretion of Frog Empire leadership.
All athletes are expected to follow our code of conduct, showing respect to coaches, teammates, and staff. Unsafe behavior, bullying, or poor sportsmanship may result in removal from the program without refund.
Families will receive biweekly updates with schedules, events, and important announcements. It is the responsibility of parents and athletes to stay informed.

Your registration fee helps cover our administrative costs and includes: a welcome package with a Frog Empire magnet for your car, a travel pack of defense wipes, a drawstring bag, and a Frog Empire sticker for your water bottle or laptop.
Can't attend 20 practices?
If you're too far or just don't have the time, but you're trying to compete in a tough room this is the package for you. Get Elite level training even for youth and beginners. ALL ARE WELCOME!
