USAwrestling and/or NYWAY membership(s) is required
Membership fees must be paid prior to participation and are non-refundable, except in cases of serious injury or at the discretion of Frog Empire leadership.
All athletes are expected to follow our code of conduct, showing respect to coaches, teammates, and staff. Unsafe behavior, bullying, or poor sportsmanship may result in removal from the program without refund.
Families will receive updates with schedules, events, and important announcements. It is the responsibility of parents and athletes to stay informed.

Your registration fee helps cover our administrative costs and includes: a welcome package with a Frog Empire magnet for your car, a travel pack of defense wipes, a drawstring bag, and a Frog Empire sticker for your water bottle or laptop.

Our Olympic Style season is dedicated to developing athletes in Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. We believe that training in these international styles accelerates technical growth and sharpens overall performance. With 8 hours a week and a strong emphasis on neutral positioning, hand fighting, and offensive creativity, this season provides a refreshing shift from the grind of folkstyle while continuing to build competitive edge. More importantly, it challenges athletes to expand their vision—fueling the drive to compete at the highest levels and pursue success on the World and Olympic stage.
