CLUB Membership
Beginners
Our Club Practices run three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and are open to wrestlers from 1st–12th grade, focusing on building strong fundamentals for beginners of all ages. Members gain discounted access to attend Frog Empire camps, clinics, and official events, providing opportunities to develop skills, gain experience, and grow within a supportive wrestling community.

AGE
The Club Practice program is open to all wrestlers from 1st–12th grade, regardless of experience level. Athletes are expected to attend practices regularly, arrive on time, and give their best effort during every session.
Legalities
& Requirements
A signed waiver form with either or both a USAwrestling or NYWAY membership(s) required before participation. Wrestling shoes and proper athletic gear are recommended for safety and performance.
Membership fees must be paid prior to participation and are non-refundable, except in cases of serious injury or at the discretion of Frog Empire leadership.
Expectations
& Updates
All athletes are expected to follow our code of conduct, showing respect to coaches, teammates, and staff. Unsafe behavior, bullying, or poor sportsmanship may result in removal from the program without refund.
Families will receive biweekly updates with schedules, events, and important announcements. It is the responsibility of parents and athletes to stay informed.

Your registration fee helps cover our administrative costs and includes: a welcome package with a Frog Empire magnet for your car, a travel pack of defense wipes, a drawstring bag, and a Frog Empire sticker for your water bottle or laptop.
Can't attend 12 practices?
If you're too far or just don't have the time, but you're trying to compete in a tough room this is the package for you. Get Elite level training even for youth and beginners. ALL ARE WELCOME!
Drop in Fees ($25) are only available for Sunday Funday's or if you are 50+ miles away
