Jr. Frogs Membership
Kindergarten - 6th Grade
K-6th grade? Whether your athlete is new to the sport or already traveling to national tournaments, our Junior Frogs Membership is the perfect fit. Training three times a week (Mon, Wed, Sun), weekday practices focus on fundamentals and fun, while Sunday’s 2-hour session blends review, live wrestling, and mat awareness. This program builds strong foundations and a love for the sport. As our group grows, two levels of instruction will be offered within the same room, allowing wrestlers of all experience levels to learn, push each other, and have fun together.

Membership fees must be paid prior to participation and are non-refundable, except in cases of serious injury or at the discretion of Frog Empire leadership.
Expectations
& Updates
All athletes are expected to follow our code of conduct, showing respect to coaches, teammates, and staff. Unsafe behavior, bullying, or poor sportsmanship may result in removal from the program without refund.
Families will receive biweekly updates with schedules, events, and important announcements. It is the responsibility of parents and athletes to stay informed.

Your registration fee helps cover our administrative costs and includes: a welcome package with a Frog Empire magnet for your car, a travel pack of defense wipes, a drawstring bag, and a Frog Empire sticker for your water bottle or laptop.
Can't attend 12 practices?
If you're too far or just don't have the time, but you're trying to compete in a tough room this is the package for you. Get Elite level training even for youth and beginners. ALL ARE WELCOME!
